So what do you want?

Initial Consultation

 

A preliminary chat to discuss exercise preferences, understand where you’re at in life and propose training plans.

(This will be followed up with a general health & physical readiness questionnaire)

Run Coaching Subscription

​3 months minimum

​

  • A bespoke training plan (revised every month - based on your goals, lifestyle and progress)

  • 1 face-to-face 'run' session' (1 hour approx) per week

  • Nutrition, kit, race advice and support

  • Mindset training

  • Recovery tips & tricks

  • Weekly one to one ZOOM chat/phone call (as required)

  • WhatsApp support (as required)

  • ​Additional 1 hour sessions/'add-ons' (If you want company on your longer runs or races etc), can be added for £20 per hour
