​I’m not your typical trainer, I don't have an obsession with your macros or intake of protein, and I definitely don't do gym selfies. I’m just a fitness enthusiast from Essex who loves exercise and everything it entails (but mainly the excuse to buy new shoes), the outdoors, pushing my limits, and finding joy in helping others do the same. I’ve spent years running my local streets and exploring trails all around the country. Over the years I have recognised a real trend of people struggling to embed exercise into their habits and routines and I’m determined to help people strike a better balance—no fluff, just real, practical advice and the human touch.

I know it isn't easy and there is no magic shortcut, but if you’re ready to put in the work, I guarantee to be with you every step of the way.
